As part of their GCSE Short Course in Citizenship, all Year 8 and Year 9 students are now acting as an ‘advocate' for an issue or cause which they feel strongly about – like the Charity ‘Operation Smile' which is helping to improve the lives of children born with a cleft lip (pictured).
